Our aim is to provide an enabling environment that is designed to train, guide and support women within their field of operations. Our existence is to tackle and address the common business patterns, interests and issues of women in executive, educational, professional and entrepreneurial roles by exchanging ideas, sharing industry best practices, information and experience.

Our network of excellent women focus on addressing most of the common interests, family issues, challenges and other things that an excellent woman is like to face in her profession or entrepreneurial roles by exchanging ideas, information, networking, comparing best practices.

Women who are in the second cycle, tertiary or at the beginning of their career path and want to evolve and grow at a fast rate. Members who join at the second cycle and tertiary institutions will be required to go through our virtual academy program which is designed to mold them to fit adequately into their chosen field of endeavours
