Mrs. Adwoa Pinaman Acquah, is the Managing Director of Westom Insurance Brokerage Ltd., a privately held business under the Group Westom with member companies in Law, Debt Recovery and Real Estate and consultancy.

She also Doubles up as a Chief Operations Officer for the Westom group of companies where she provide guidance, development and execution of their operational and financial goals.

Prior to her joining Westom Insurance Brokers, she worked as a Marketing Executive with The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Ghana for 5 years and later as an astute banker for 13 years at various departments and branches including Corporate and Institutional Banking. She left the banking industry as a Senior Manager having been successful at every level of managerial roles.

Mrs. Acquah has an MBA from University of Leicester – UK and a BSC Admin from the Central University College – Ghana. She manages and advances a business’s strategic objectives with such ease. Ultimately, she has been an outstanding Managing Director, exceptional leader and drives WIB’s strategic visions, and is adept at crisis management.

She manages “Global Excellence Women Network” a group that creates excellent and innovative business avenues for its members, by focusing on results, innovation and a passion for making a tangible impact in addressing gender diversity and women empowerment in businesses.

She is married and a mother of 5 handsome boys.
